Ukraine Army REVENGE on Russian Artillery has been promised in Facebook posts by the Ukrainian Special Forces. They revealed it will not spare Russian troops that have been involved in the brutal shelling of Ukraine’s civilians.
Ukraine has endured weeks of artillery attacks on civilian targets, which recently included destruction of a theater in which thousands of civilians were injured, killed, or trapped under rubble when it was bombarded and destroyed by Russian artillery shells.
Other civilian targets attacked and destroyed by Russian artillery shells include apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, and other civilian gathering places. The ground forces of Russia’s army has made relatively little progress in Ukraine, considering that the Russian invasion is several weeks old, and it has not gained control of the skies, so it has resorted to a strategy of bombarding civilian targets with artillery, which is a war crime.
Putin has been unimpressed by the ruling by the United Nations International Court of Justice requiring the Russian Federation to “immediately suspend the military operations”, so the Ukrainian Special Forces has decided that the best course of action is to focus on hunting down all Russian forces involved in artillery attacks on Ukrainian civilian targets.
Ukrainian Special Operations Force’s Official Facebook Page includes this dire warning, designed to give Russian artillery forces second thoughts about continuing their attacks on Ukraine civilian targets:

You don’t see little children, old people, homes, kindergartens, schools, and hospitals –
all these are just goals for you.Every calculation, no matter:
commander, driver, guide, charger
will be slaughtered like pigs.

@Red ginge 14 000 people altogether, mostly military. Ukrainian and Russian side, both. Women and children only in very few numbers. Though, if you look at e.g. the Russian troops firing mortar 2014 they might shoot five times without correcting the moving weapon. It mean that even if their first shoot did hit some intended targets, the next ones are somewhere else, hundreds meters and even kilometers away from the intended target. Those were the local teethless meth addicts who formed the LNR and DNR separatist militia.

For those of you who may see this as ruthless, I ask that you imagine receiving a call from local authorities that your mother and father’s house has been shelled and they are both killed, or your sister and neice have been recorded as casualties of “indiscriminate Russian Artillery shelling”. Tell me you would not immediately seek vengeance on those who manned these weapons.

WHEN you execute, Yes…when you unilaterally, independently change the rules of engagement in a combat environment – without any hesitation in consideration to the consequences of human emotion and psychological damage…YOU will and need to be held directly accountable for your actions, whether by individual or group. In the event, that as this incident has become common knowledge, ALL the direct involved forces and their immediate commanders should be held accountable for this barbaric action taken against a civilian population. As a senior commander, in hearing reports of this type of incident, I would want to know who did this and when it happened. I would investigate and arrest those involved with judicial consequences to follow. We, in the armed forces cannot and should not EVER allow these type of war crimes/atrocities to ever take place without any consequences. The fact that NO official response has been received from Russian operations, in any form, clearly gives me the understanding that these type of actions against civilians have been endorsed, sanctioned, planned and authorized. I trust that the international judicial councils have knowledge of this and pursue investigations to finalization.

Sometimes natural justice is warranted, as ugly and barbaric as it may seem when viewed from afar. there is a fundamental difference, IMO, from a soldier fighting against another soldier, and the cowardly genocidal bombardment of civilians. I fully agree with the statement put out by Ukrainian Special Forces, especially after the story of the little 11 year old girl who with her family was executed by a Russian Reconnaissance Team. The only word to describe this action is cold blooded murder. For everyone who does not agree with this, then close you eyes and imagine this happening to your little girl, or boy, if you have one.

Ukrainian forces were incredibly humane and showed an immense amount of restraint when they spared Russian troops, treated them well as POWs, even let them contact their families to let them know they’re doing well. Putin responded by escalating the attacks against civilians and threatening public executions to break Ukrainian morale.

To the Russian soldiers being threatened with imprisonment or execution for defying orders: you are being led to your deaths one way or another by continuing this war for a leader intentionally using you as cannon fodder. Find a way out of this fight, or die. These are your only options left; all other options have been robbed from you by either Putin or Ukraine.

@Max Dougherty usually when you are losing, you will have desertion and low morale..not when you are winning. you don’t see Germans deserting when they are about to enter Moscow?..they only desert when they are being pushed back from Moscow.. so far Russians only stop 15 km from the center of Kyiv, not being pushed back, it might be a tough battle but they still moving forward and their supply is relatively intact.

As a Disabled Army Veteran of the Cold War Era ,who was there in West Germany in the early 80s helping to keep the Russians and East Germans on their side of the border then ,and went through terrorist attacks and alot of alerts and tense times then due to the Russians…
But as a Soldier I would NEVER cause intentional harm or death to women ,children , or old people. What do they expect? That’s why you always confirm your targets and do you best to limit collateral damage. Time will tell what happens. Russia seems to be slowly and methodically encircling cities to siege them. Using older equipment and probably lesser trained troops first to have the defenders use up their anti tank missiles. Russia has barely tapped into its military and how many of us watching this can verify what the mainstream media is pumping out? Just like with COVID, the media is propaganda machine. Don’t believe everything that is said. Not a fan of Russia, but Ukraine is no saint either, and full of corruption.
