Russian opposition to Ukraine war has grown within senior figures in Russia. More and more senior members of the Kremlin consider that the Russian invasion of Ukraine was a catastrophic error that will set back Russia many years.

According to Kremlin employees willing to discuss their opposition to the war, Putin has turned a deaf ear to all criticism of the war in Ukraine.
Many member’s of the Russian intelligence service, officers in the Russian military, and senior members of the Kremlin have complained that the war is a folly, but their protests have fallen on deaf ears, and those who criticize Putin risk their careers or worse.
Oleg Tinkov, who is one of the wealthiest men in Russia, has been very outspoken against the Russian war in Ukraine. In his social media account, he posted a scathing criticism of the war, calling it “crazy”, and stated that, at this point, 90% of the Russian people are against the war.

What do you expect giving a politician a War Chest. Every Russian Citizen bares some responsability!
But the Russians will say they did not know what was going on. Or they will say, “We were lied to.” This is usually how it goes.

When the Soviet Union disbanded, the wealth of Russia should have been divided up amongst the people that worked to make their country great, not to a handful of oligarchs, stealing all the money and leaving the average Russian citizens with nothing, perhaps stock dividends in the companies, wage increases, land grants for every family something that would make their own country prosperous
It all comes down to poor leadership in Russia both then and now.

The cost of this war to Russia, to its people, to its military, its economy, its prestige, and anything else it values from the wealthiest oligarchs to the poorest people is enormous and will last for generations after Putin is gone. And what will it gain if its wins this war? A bombed out country of people who will hate Russia forever. What value will it have gained? In reality nothing. This blunder was the most catastrophic geopolitical and economic disaster of the 21st century. Russia and its people will never be seen the same way again. The results are 180 degrees opposite of what Putin expected to happen. He’s made a lot of mistakes in the past but this is the one that will be remembered throughout history, the man who destroyed a thousand year old nation in a matter of a few weeks of total insanity. He’s the maddest of the MAD RUSSIANS, its own home grown Adolf Hitler.
100% truth. He inflicted all of this pain, suffering, and sadness on the world…..for nothing.

Russia is losing men and equipment at an astonishing rate which is virtually irreplaceable whilst Ukraine will be resupplied with ever more sophisticated equipment the longer this goes on the more the balance of power will shift .There is a chance that Russia could end up without a credible military for decades.
your right for th emost part but their credible military has gone out the window within the first few days of war examples of such : expired mre’s, lack of enough water, inappropriate clothing gear for the weather and protection, not enough fuel supply, poor logistics and the ability to implement them, lack of effective leadership, lack of support..putin could get them to support his idea of war, low morale and the inability to reverse that. poor mainatence of equipment. poor strategic planning etc i could literally go on and on and point out every mistake they have made so far and it would prob take me hrs to do so ..so I won’t .i think whati have said so far clearly showed the russian military is not credible at this point in time nor effective that are in fact the laughing stock of the world atm
